Around 25 Firefighters and four fire engines were called to a fire at a flat on Francis Chichester Way in Wandsworth.
The Brigade was called at 3:34am on Saturday, March 7, and the fire was under control by 4:58am.
Fire crews from Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham and Lambeth fire stations were on the scene.
There was a small fire in the bathroom of a flat on the seventh floor.
One man left the property before the Brigade arrived.
He was treated on scene for shock by London Ambulance Service crews.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
