A man has appeared in court following a series of robbery offences committed at betting shops in the New Cross, Lewisham area.
Kenneth Brown, 53, of no fixed address, was charged at the beginning of this week (March 24) with two counts of attempted robbery, and one count of robbery.
He appeared at Bromley Magistrate's Court on March 25 and was remanded in custody to next appear at Croydon Crown Court on April 22.
The charges relates to three separate incidents at different bookmakers in the New Cross area, on March 11 and March 17.
