Police have charged an 18-year-old with murder after a drill rapper was stabbed to death in south London last week.

Yassein Bullock, of Fiveways Road, has been charged with the murder of 20-year-old Salem Koudou.

He is remanded in custody to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court today.

The charge follows a stabbing on Wynne Road at around 5.55 pm, following a clash on the nearby Angell Town estate, on August 20.

Emergency services attended the scene and found Salem suffering from stab injuries.

Despite emergency services best efforts, he was later pronounced dead at 8.53 pm.

Darius Kwakye, 27, of Prentis Road, SW16, was also charged with murder on August 27.

He appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court that same day where he was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on September 1.

A 26-year-old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, but has since been released with no further action.

An 18-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of murder in Harlow, Essex, earlier this week remains in custody.

A 19-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder and grievous bodily harm. He has been released on bail to return to a south London police station on a date in September.
