A teenager has been charged with murder after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death during a fight involving several youths outside a supermarket.

Joseph Marafini died in hospital after being knifed during the brawl on Thursday afternoon.

A second 15-year-old boy was also taken to hospital with stab wounds after violence broke out in front of horrified shoppers in Wandsworth, south west London.

Today (Sat) Imran Boujdellal,19, was charged with the murder of Joseph, who has now been named by police.

The fight broke out outside a Sainsbury's store just before 5pm, leaving the two boys with knife injuries.

Joseph was taken to hospital where he later died while the second boy has been assessed as being in a non-life threatening condition.

Two other teenagers have also been arrested in connection with the investigation, police said.

One 17-year-old boy was arrested today on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at a south London police station.

Another 17-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of affray and has since been released without further action.

Murder cops are carrying out enquiries and a post-mortem examination is due to be undertaken, Scotland Yard said.

Joseph is the fourteenth teenager to be murdered in the capital this year.

Traumatised supermarket staff were sent home from work after many witnessed the incident.

Onlookers told how officers shouted, "this is a crime scene - get back, get back", as horrified shoppers witnessed the bloody aftermath outside the shop as paramedics administered CPR.

Police appealed for anyone with information, video or images that could help the investigation to call 101 reference CAD 5042/29 Oct.
