Lucky filmmakers are in with a chance of winning a free course to hone their craft.

Crystal Palace International Film Festival (CPIFF) is looking for budding filmmakers aged 16-26 who live or go to school in Wandsworth.

Ten applicants are in with a chance of earning a free four-day film-making course – spread over four weeks – where a short film will be created at the end.

The best films will be screened at CPIFF – which celebrates independent film releases.

In the past, entrants have been offered paid work experience and full-time employment to begin their careers in the film industry.

Plus, the winning film will receive £500 and a CPIFF Rising Star Award at CPIFF’s awards finale.
