Sydnee, 17 is missing from her home in Tooting.
She was last seen at 7.00pm at St George’s Hospital.
It is believed that Sydnee has connections to Surbiton and Thornton Heath.
Officers are asking anyone who locates Sydnee, to call 999 and state the location.
If anyone has information about Sydnee, Police are asking to call 101 with the reference 22MIS001470.
