A man has been charged in connection with a shooting in south London.
Police were called at around 12.35am on February 5 to reports of a gun being fired near a housing complex on Lambeth Walk, Lambeth.
No injuries were reported.
In the early hours of Wednesday, February 9, detectives from Trident, with the assistance of firearms officers, raided a residential address on Lambeth Walk.
Officers searched the property and recovered a gun, which was made safe and sent away for testing.
Rupert Earl-Ocran, 27, of Lambeth Walk, SE11, was charged today (February 10) with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a firearm.
He will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
A 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and attempted murder has been bailed pending further enquiries.
An 18-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm has also been bailed.
