A horror weekend across London saw one person stabbed, three injured in a knife fight and two others assaulted.

This only includes incidents that Newsquest London is aware of and has reported on.

The weekend of September 1 saw a string of incidents in Belvedere, Croydon, Kingston and Tottenham. 

Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police.

Man in hospital with serious head injury after assault in Belvedere

A man has been taken to hospital after an assault in Belvedere.

The incident happened in Kentish Road just after 6.45pm on September 3.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man with a serious head injury.

He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition is currently unknown.

Another male has been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent.

Three males taken to hospital after ‘knife fight’ in Croydon

Three males have been taken to hospital after a fight in Croydon, two of whom were found to have knife injuries.

The incident happened in Bridle Road at around 9.30pm on September 1.

Two of the males are thought to have sustained knife injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

There have been no arrests so far and police enquiries continue.

Man, 21, in hospital with head injury after assault in Kingston

A 21-year-old man has been taken to hospital with a head injury after an assault in Kingston.

Police were called to Eden Street at 8.10am on September 2 following reports of a man acting aggressively with a hammer.

A man was found with a head injury and was taken to hospital for further treatment.

His condition was later assessed as not life threatening.

Another man was detained and arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

Man in his 50s taken to hospital after stabbing in Tottenham

A man in his 50s has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Tottenham.

The incident happened in High Road at around 1.55am on September 4.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.

He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life threatening.

No arrests have been made.
