A suspected class A drug dealer has been arrested following a raid this morning. (Wednesday, May 8)
Substances, believed to be illegal drugs, around £4,000 in cash and a baton was recovered by police.

Officers executed the warrant at a house in Northbridge Park in Bishop Auckland at around 6.30am.
A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled drugs and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is currently in police custody.
