The attack is the latest on the Asian community during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

On Monday pensioner Ekram Haque died from injuries he sustained when he was attacked while standing with his three-year-old granddaughter outside the Idara-e-Jafferiya mosque in Church Lane, Tooting on Monday, August 31.
