Venn Street Market and local ale house The Manor Arms in Clapham invite you to a local beer festival of British guest ales. All ales available will be seasonal made by small independent breweries from England’s South East.

The Market will be offering a variety of beers on sale from the likes of Acorn Brewery in Barnsley who produce Dark Milds from an original Barnsley Bitter yeast strain dating back to the 1850s; Hepworth a relatively new organic producer; Downton who produce a different monthly special as well as regular and seasonal beers; Isle of Purbeck producers of a seasonal selection of ales from their ten barrel brewing equipment; O’Hanlon’s producers of prize winning beers and Loddon in Oxfordshire who produce monthly and seasonal ales from their 240 year old brick and flint barn.

To celebrate Apple Day, The Manor Arms will also be serving two seasonal ciders: Broad Oak's Premium Perry from Somerset and Pookhill's Cidre Nouveau from East Sussex.

On Sunday 31st October at 2.30pm, there will be folk, country and pop music from our very own local singer-songwriter Rebecca Hollweg who has headlined at many London venues (including Ronnie Scott's and The South Bank Centre) and all over the UK. She has also supported both Roger McGuinn (of The Byrds) and Paul Carrack (of Squeeze and Mike & The Mechanics) on their UK tours, playing large-scale theatre venues round the country. (www.rebeccahollweg.com) The Manor Arms pub, located at 128 Clapham Manor Street, is a veteran of selling real ales to its customers and has been organising festivals for the past 5 years.
