We have recently been getting postal deliveries later and later.
Today, I left the house at 5.30pm and when I got back home found a note to say a package I had been expecting had been returned to the local sorting office.
The time on the note is 6.21pm.
Does this mean that, if you are expecting a package, you are expected to stay in for 24 hours or that you will have to spend hours at an understaffed post office? Is this really a service?
I would have copied Royal Mail into this email but, unfortunately, they do not seem to advertise their email addresses.
